The control and measuring of the machine are carried out by industrial computer, PLC, sensor and signal conversion circuit.
Applies anti-interference mechanism: the machine utilizes low-noise component and adopt specialized electric matching and manufacturing techniques, in order to secure the reliability of the operation of measuring system.
Multi-parameter measuring, parameters used for analyzing the vibration of bearing consists of vibration (acceleration type)’s mean square root and peak value, peak factor as well kurtosis. And the instrument also facilitate the function of the multi-parameter analysis of the vibration’s time-frequency domain based on the stored measuring data.

2.Automatic bearing clearance measuring instrument
Radial and axial clearance is one of the most important quality figure for rolling bearings, which is the driving factor that influence the bearing’s vibration, noise as well as accuracy. ZYS’ automatic bearing clearance measuring instrument is designed based on the pre-existed bearing clearance dynamic measuring instrument with the assistance of automatic clamping, loading, positioning and SPC automatic analysis mechanisms. The machine is applicable for the automatic measuring of the clearance of high precision bearing, the machine is suitable for the task of the automatic assembly line.

3.Automatic bearing running accuracy measuring instrument
Running accuracy is a comprehensive parameter measuring the quality of precision, it is a mandatory item for evaluating bearing performance.
The ZYS automatic bearing running accuracy measuring instrument is developed based our existed metrological measuring instrument, the machine has achieved the automatic inspection of high precision bearings. This Machine utilizes advanced computer controlled cabinet, it facilitates the function of automatic measuring and real-time display the function of statistics and analysis as well as the measuring procedure. The measured items contains the inner ring and outer ring’s radial and axial run out, the machine also facilitate the function of automatic feeding, SPC analysis, automatic categorizing which is suitable for the high precision bearing’s automatic inspection and assembly.
The measuring principle is as follows: firstly mount the measured bearing on the shaft of tooling of work station #1, locate the bearing with the inner ring basic face, and imply an axial force perpendicular to the basic face via the counter weight loading mechanism from outer ring basic face. The loading mechanism will drive the rotation of outer ring, the measurement sensors will measure the ID, outer ring’s radial and axial run out. When the measurement is finished, the manipulator will convey the measured bearing to work station #2. At work station #2, the procedure is: locate the bearing with the outer ring basic face, and imply an axial force perpendicular to the basic face via the counter weight loading mechanism from inner ring basic face, the loading mechanism will drive the rotation of inner ring, the measurement sensors will measure the outer ring’s radial and axial run out. When the procedure is finished, the manipulator will convey the measured bearing to work station #3. At work station #3, the cylinder will push the bearing into the work station for OD measurement. The computer will determine whether the bearing is qualified based on pre set principles, and convey the bearing into relevant feeding channel.

4.Automatic angular contact ball bearing contact angle measuring instrument
Contact angle is a very important parameter measuring the performance of angular contact ball bearing; it determines the bearings’ radial and axial load capacity. The value and uniformity of contact angle will have a direct impact on the bearing’s rigidity, running accuracy as well as life. ZYS’ automatic angular contact ball bearing contact angle measuring instrument is developed based on our existed metrological measuring instrument. The machine facilitates the function of automatic measuring and categorizing of contact angle as well as SPC analysis.
This Machine utilizes advanced computer controlled cabinet, it facilitates the function of automatic measuring and real-time display the function of statistics and analysis as well as the measuring procedure. The principle of the measuring procedure is as follows: firstly, mount the measured bearing on the measuring bottom tooling’s shaft, locate the bearing with the inner ring basic face, and imply an axial force perpendicular to the basic face via the servo motor loading mechanism; rotate the inner ring, and observe the angle change of the cage through industrial camera. The reference for camera is a tag line that travels through the end face of cage and the center of circle. When the inner ring is rotating, the angle encoder will output real-time angle value, the real-time angle value displayed by angle encoder and the angle changing value displayed by industrial camera are linear correlated, in order to determine whether the cage is sliding during rotation. The measurement will be stopped if cage was sliding, the machine will increase the load and restart the measurement. If there is no sliding occurrence when the count of inner ring rotation reaches pre set value, the computer will calculated the contact angle of bearing. If the bearing was found sliding even after increasing load, the machine will halt and alarm. The speed of spindle is adjusted by two-speed motor.

5.Automatic bearing convexity measuring instrument
According to <rolling bearing paired angular contact ball bearing technical condition>, the convexity of angular contact ball bearing is an important parameter when pairing. The ZYS T69 series bearing convexity measuring instrument is featured with high accuracy and steadiness but relatively low efficiency, it is applicable for small batch of p4 and p2 class bearing. And for the purpose of improving the measuring efficiency for P5 class bearing, we have developed the automatic bearing convexity measuring instrument based on T69 series.
This Machine utilizes advanced computer controlled cabinet; it facilitates the function of automatic measuring and real-time display the function of statistics and analysis as well as the measuring procedure. The principle of the measuring procedure is as follows: firstly, mount the measured bearing on the measuring bottom tooling’s shaft, locate the bearing with the inner ring basic face, and imply an axial force perpendicular to the basic face via the air shaft loading mechanism from inner ring basic face ( i.e. measured load), and measured relative height different between inner ring non-basic-face and outer ring basic face. The height difference will be calculated and displayed by industrial, the measured load will be measured by pressure sensor and displayed by industrial computer.
